In the wake of massive unrest and in an attempt to repair ties with American workers, Congress passed an act making Labor Day a legal holiday in the District of Columbia and the territories and it was signed into law on June 28th, 1894 by President Grover Cleveland.
Today, Labor Day in our industry here in the Northeast is also associated with the end of summer and the sad reality of the impending cooler weather associated with Fall and Winter. Admittedly, it is not too late to plan on expanding your outdoor environment and enjoying the crisp cool fall weather outdoors with the warmth of an outdoor fire feature.
We give thanks to our dedicated team for all their hard work this season and wish them, their Families and all workers, a Healthy and Relaxing Labor Day!
